(SK, NS and NB Only) Add Drug Information

You can add the Purpose for Use, Pharmacist Comments, Patient Comments, and Comments for the MedsCheck Record about each prescription. Dosage instructions can also be entered here. Any information entered in these fields will also be carried forward to the next review launched for the patient.

If you do not enter the Purpose for Use, the therapeutic class of the corresponding drug will be printed on the form. This information will be printed on the Medication Review form. This information will not be written back into PharmaClik Rx.

1. Select the Medication Record tab.
2. Enter the Pharmacist Comments, if required, for each prescription. Notice that the prescriber’s name displays beside each medication that is not a DUR.
